Links are below for the agenda and supporting paperwork for our Annual Meeting which is this coming Sunday, 19th April after church.  The minutes of the previous meeting are at the back of the Annual Report.

There is also a meeting to elect churchwardens prior to the APCM - nominations for churchwarden can be received right up until the start of the meeting.

Please take time to read through the reports in advance so that you come to the meeting ready to contribute.  Although there will be some brief presentations the assumption will be that most people have looked through the report in advance and most of the time will be given over to thanksgiving, celebration and discussion which is much more engaging for everyone.

If you have a complex or more formal question, you are more likely to get a considered answer if you ask it in advance of the meeting.  You are not under any obligation to do so but it might be helpful if I need to do some reading or have a think about things rather than on the spot.
