Yes, the old shed (which nobody was quite sure what it contained and which may well have been held together by its contents!) has now gone! That was just one of many jobs tackled during our Big Church Tidy yesterday. We had volunteers ranging in age from 9 to... well, let's just say a very respectable age! Together they gave their time and energy to help care for and improve our church, church hall and the surrounding grounds. A huge thank you to everyone who came along and got stuck in. Your hard work has made a real difference, and it's probably fair to say everyone slept very well last night! A special thank you also goes to one of our congregation who kindly brought along a batch of freshly made doughnuts. They certainly helped keep the workers going !!
